Renovated in 2001, the hotel comprises a total of 243 rooms spread over 2 floors. Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby at the reception, which is manned around the clock by friendly staff. There is a safe for securely storing valuables, a currency exchange facility, a small supermarket, and a shop. Dining options include an appealing cafe, a cosy bar, and an elegant restaurant. In the evenings, guests may spend time in the hotel nightclub or the games room. A conference room is available for business meetings and conferences, and the hotel also has a public Internet terminal. Further services include a laundry service and medical assistance.
